Front Office Supervisor

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Front Office Supervisor at the newly opening Mamaison Vibe Hotel Downtown Budapest, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Budapest!

• You will be the right hand of the Front Office Manager – organizing and supervising the daily work of the Reception while ensuring smooth shift operations.
• You will assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and statistics, and take an active part in daily operations (billing, monitoring the upsell program, etc.).
• You will support the Front Office Manager and maintain communication with other hotel departments.
• Your duties will include coordinating and training reception staff and organizing the Front Office work schedule.
• You will help ensure that our guests leave the hotel with a 5-star experience every time.

• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position.
• You speak fluent English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
• You hold a college or university degree.
• You are friendly and professional, even during the final hour of your shift.
• You handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and care.
• You are a master of multitasking, able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• You are ready to work 40 hours per week, in 12-hour day and night shifts.
• You have a proactive attitude – always eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
